Ordering Information

Order Status

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Our pieces are handmade with love and require 7 – 14 for production. If production time will exceed 14 days we will notify you via email with an approximate ship date. In the event we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you via email and give you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait for the item to be back in stock.

For rush orders please email customercare@samilynnjewelry.com and note rush in the comments of your order. There will be an additional charge to rush the item, we will notify you of the rush charge via email.

Order status update will be emailed to the address provided at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Order Cancellations

Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions.

We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and will refund your money or issue an exchange as long as the original item is received by Samilynn Jewelry within 7 days of original date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging.

Please email returns@samilynnjewelry.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than SamilynnJewelry.com.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Special Orders or Custom Items cannot be returned.


If you experience the need for repair on any Samilynn Jewelry item please email customercare@samilynnjewelry.com. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.

Samilynn Jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on Samilynnjewelry.com. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your pieces in tip-top condition.


Our preferred method of shipping is UPS ground. All shipments are insured and require signature confirmation. Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved. We ship Monday-Friday. Samilynn Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for UPS shipping delays. Our shipping rates are as followed:

Continental US
  • Ground Shipping: $15
  • 2nd Day Air: $30
  • Overnight Next Day Air: $50
International Orders
  • Vary by country
  • The consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders that must go through customs.
  • The value of your shipment is non-negotiable must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.

Sales Tax

Samilynn jewelry charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in California. For tax rates please see www.boe.ca.gov.

Credit Cards

The following credit cards are accepted:

Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will be asked to provide your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and Billing Address. We are only able to ship to your Credit Card Billing Address at this time.


Prices are subject to change. Samilynn jewelry reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Special Orders

Special Orders placed on Samilynnjewelry.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any item purchased using our Special Order option will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.
